“We’re home”!

After an extended time away from home we ask that you give us a quick call, email, or text so that we know you've arrived home safely to your pets.

Holidays: 

Pet-a-Go-Go services are available year round however a small additional charge will apply on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day,   Easter Sunday,  Memorial Day,   Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,  Christmas Day 

Reservations:

We recommend that you make reservations as far in advance as possible (especially during  busy holiday times) to ensure availability for your pet care needs.  Email works best so both parties have a record of the correspondence. If you’re traveling, a copy of your itinerary is incredibly helpful. Contact us at shannontupa@gmail.com

Cancellations:

We really appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations for daily pooch and kitty visits, and at least 48 hours notice for overnight pet sitting.  You will be fully charged if you fail to notify Pet-a-Go-Go of a cancellation 12 hours prior to a scheduled visit.

Payment

Invoices are sent to your email address at the end of each month.  If you prefer, you may also leave payment at the time of service.  We accept cash, check and payment thru Paypal.
